Competition venue and facilities

The event takes place in the Kees Kist Lounge at the AZ Stadium in Alkmaar, a unique location that perfectly matches the magic of this event. The competition floor offers the ideal surface for dance couples to shine. In addition, there’s an equally sized practice floor where participants can prepare optimally.

Spacious dressing rooms, plenty of clothing racks, and quiet areas ensure comfort and relaxation between performances. Catering facilities are available so that dancers and their teams can maintain their energy throughout the event.

Rules and participation requirements

All competitions are organized according to the rules of the World Dance Council (WDC). Participants must comply with official guidelines and dress codes. Detailed information will be provided upon confirmation of registration.

Yes, it is possible, but regular tickets will cost €30.00.

These will be fully refunded if a request is made at least 4 weeks before the event. If a request is made between 4 and 2 weeks before the event, 50% will be refunded.

If the request is made between 2 weeks and 1 week before the event, 25% will be refunded. If the request is made between 1 week and the day before the event, no refund will be given.

Tickets are sent by email when ordered online. They are scanned at the entrance, either on paper or on a mobile device. If purchased at the door, you will receive a printed ticket.

After scanning, the ticket is no longer valid. You will therefore receive a wristband.

Once the maximum number of visitors has been reached, this will be indicated on the website.
